Our Northern Region weekend and Children’s Christmas Picnic is coming up on the weekend of Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 December 2018! We’re starting the weekend off with an afternoon of sports at Charlestown Indoor Sports Centre (2/314 Hillsborough Rd, Warners Bay NSW 2282) from 2:30pm -4:30pm on Saturday. We’ll be playing a variety of sports including indoor cricket, boccia and soccer. The sports are for all ages and all abilities – everyone is welcome to join in or just come and watch. The cost is $10 per person or $20 per family, payable at the centre.
In the evening, we’ll meet at Warner’s at the Bay (320 Hillsborough Rd, Warners Bay) at 6pm for dinner.
On Sunday, we’ll be holding our annual SSPA NSW Children’s Christmas picnic at Blackbutt Reserve (Richard Riley Entrance), Freyberg Street, New Lambton. We’ll be meeting at the Kookaburra Shelter from 11am-3pm. If everyone can please bring a picnic and drinks to enjoy. There are barbecue facilities on site.
Santa will be arriving at about 1:30pm so please bring a gift for your children (12 and under) up to the value of $25.
