The first meeting for 2009 was held at Michael Blair’s in Narrabeen on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, on February 7. Following the meeting was a beach picnic at Narrabeen Beach.
On Saturday, 17th January 2009 we held a pool party at Tracey & Brittany Mamula’s place in Greystanes. There was a good turnout and plenty of fun had by all!
On Saturday 13th December 2008 we gathered at Central Gardens in Merrylands for our annual Christmas picnic. We had a sausage sizzle followed by fun and games. Later in the afternoon Santa joined us and gave out presents to all the young (and not so young) kids!
We held the first meeting after the AGM at Troy Parker’s in Kings Park on the 16th November 2008, starting at 10 am. Following the meeting we had a bbq lunch.
The 2008 NSW Branch Christmas Party was held at Parramatta Workers Club for the first time and it was a very enjoyable night for all with dinner followed by plenty of dancing. There was a good turnout and during the evening we also held a small but successful fundraiser.
On 6 September ConnecTeD held a ball at the Rosehill Gardens Event Centre. Events on the night included live music, cameo appearance by their patron Geoff Harvey and his band, a silent auction, live auction and 3 course meal.
